We also inform you that you have the following rights with respect to the personal data you provide us:

• the right to access your personel data we process;
• the right to have your personal data deleted (within the limits provided by law);
• the right to have your personal data rectified;
• the right to restrict the processing of your personel data;
• the right to data portability, if technical conditions allow us;
• the right to oppose the processing of personal data. In this case, Antibiotice will no longer process the data unless it has legitimate and compelling reasons that justify the processing, prevailing over the interests, rights and freedoms that would be affected by the Antibiotice’s failure to fulfill this right or for the purpose of establishing, exercising or defending a right in court.
• the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.
