Antibiotice Open Day on Enviromment

Antibiotics use responsible resources, meet the highest quality standards for the manufacture of medicines and protect the environment.

Environmental responsibility is a constant concern of Antibiotice and in this respect has opened its doors to facilitate a dialogue between the company and its neighborhood communities on environmental issues.

Thus, on July 17, 2018, in collaboration with Valea Lupului City Hall, Antibiotice organized Open Day for the inhabitants of this community.

The participants were presented by the company’s specialists, the way Antibiotice protects the environment and have the opportunity to know the investments over 5 million Euros made in recent years in modern manufacturing technologies in order to protect the environment:

• Wastewater Treatment Plant of the company that converts technologically wastewater from production sites into pre-cleaned, odorless and non-environmentally harmful waters, which are then transported to the city’s wastewater treatment plant.

• Waste incineration plant – storage, recycling and incineration under minimal environmental impact of waste resulting from the company’s activity;

Through such actions Antibiotice aims to convey to the community, by example, the responsibility towards the environment.
