Antibiotice’s employees have written together the story of 1,000 smiles gifted to underprivileged children during the holidays, over 12 years of generosity
“Once upon a time, in a magical corner of our company, there was a special project that turned wishes into reality. Every year, Santa Claus, along with his helpers – the employees of Antibiotice – would bring joy to children dreaming of magical gifts. For some children, Santa Claus, so eagerly awaited, had never come. Some dreamed of learning to ride a bike, while others wanted a toy of their own. Thus, the story of 1,000 smiles gifted in 12 years of generosity was written”, declared Ioana Tode, president of the “Antibiotice – Science and Soul” Foundation.
The story was written literally, with every child or employee having the chance to write a few thoughts addressed to Santa Claus on a board set up in the event room. That’s how the story began and continued, sentence by sentence, according to the imagination of those who wanted to write the magic of Christmas together.
As every year, the magic of the winter holidays came to life with the help of Antibiotice’s employees through the “Give from the Heart! Be Santa Claus Too!” action, held on Friday, December 13, 2024, at the company’s headquarters.
105 children from large families with limited financial means met Santa Claus and received the gifts carefully prepared and wrapped with love by his “elves,” company employees who read the letters with wishes and fulfilled the children’s dreams.
This year’s beneficiaries are children from various localities in the counties of Iași, Botoșani, and Neamț. They asked Santa for clothing, footwear, toys, sweets, but also bicycles to make it easier to get to school, books to satisfy their curiosity, or musical instruments to develop their talents. The company’s employees brought these wishes to life, giving each child reasons to be joyful and hopeful.
The “Give from the Heart! Be Santa Claus Too!” project is traditionally organized during the winter holidays by the “Antibiotice – Science and Soul” Foundation, in partnership with the Pro Vita Department of the Archdiocese of Moldova and Bukovina. With the joy brought to these 105 children by Antibiotice’s employees, this year we surpassed the magical milestone of 1,000 children who have benefited from the project over its 12 editions.
Through this project, Antibiotice continues to demonstrate that generosity is the most beautiful way to create magic, and the spirit of Christmas grows stronger with each fulfilled wish.
