Area Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives for the European market with the existing partners
  • Achieve business growth targets while adhering to organizational guidelines
  • Review and strategize monthly action plans to meet sales budgets
  • Assess territory potential, considering market trends and competitor activities
  • Identify and evaluate potential new distribution partners to expand our market coverage and increase sales penetration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales & Marketing, Product Development and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure effective product positioning, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats to formulate effective sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with all Antibiotice products, industry developments, regulations, and market dynamics affecting Europe
  • Research and analyze territory performance and provide feedback to management on competitive threats and market share
  • Follow up with customers to address concerns and ensure satisfaction, collaborating with other departments for timely resolutions
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, distributors to drive business growth
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports and performance updates to senior management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree or similar through experience (Business, Economic, Pharmaceutical)
  • Strong integrity and commitment to upholding Antibiotice’s mission, vision and values
  • Self-motivation, energy and experience needed to make Antibiotice a visible, robust and strong brand
  • Fluency in English
  • Good interpersonal skills
